ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದೆ. ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಉತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮಾರು 92 ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. 2011ರ ಜನಗಣತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯು 9403 ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 11 ವಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳಿದ್ದು , 11 ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ 3 ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯು ಒಟ್ಟು 2.6 ಚ.ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಗಳಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದವಾದ ಸುರಸದ್ಮಗಿರಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು 16ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ.ಬೈರೇಗೌಡರು ಭಾರತದ ಬೂಪಟಾಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ಅಮಾನಿಬೈರಸಾಗರ ಕೆರೆ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚೋಳರು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ಶ್ರೀ.ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವಿದೆ. ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಎಲ್ಲೋಡು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ " ಕ್ವೀನ್ ರೋಸ್ " ಗ್ರಾನೈಟ್ ಬೆಟ್ಟ ತುಂಬಾ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತನ್ನ ಅಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

Gudibande is a town in Chickballpur district in the state of Karnataka, India.

It is situated 92Km from north of Bangalore.

The poet Sri.Mallibagavathula Ramaiah said that " Gudibande " comes due to the rock which is on the top of the Narasimhaswamy Temple.

The Hill near Ellodu Village of Gudibande taluk is famous for its " Queen Rose " granite rocks, which is undertaken by Government of Karnataka.
ಗಣಕೀಕರಣ :- ಗುಡಿಬಂಡೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಆಸ್ತಯ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಣಕೀಕರಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಶೀರ್ಘದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಗರೀಕರು ಇದರ ಸೌಲಬ್ಯ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿರತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ 1990ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಿಂದ ಈವರೆವಿಗೂ ಜನನ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಣಕೀಕೃತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ನಾಗರೀಕರು ಜನನ, ಮರಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕುಂದು ಕೊರತೆ ವಿಭಗದಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ, ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
Computerisation :- Gudibande Town Panchayath limit properties have been identified and details collected and computerisation of records under process. Citizens can avail this facility to pay property taxshortly. Birth and Death records available online from the year 1990 to till date. Citizens can make use of this facility to Register and obtain Birth and Death Certificates. Citizens can register complaints through paper, phone and online in pulic Grievance and Redressal Unit in Town panchayath for quick Rectification of their needs.
